FIBRE PLUS

The PU construction adhesive FIBRE PLUS from Pichler Chemie guarantees impact-resistant bond strength. Thus, it forms the perfect replacement for the previously known, conventional PU glue. The added loose fiber parts allow FIBRE PLUS impact-resistant, constructive connections. Compared to the otherwise rigid compounds of everyday PU adhesives, FIBRE PLUS thus prevents a rapid breaking off of adhesions. In addition, the adhesive has an extremely high adhesive strength of up to 125kg/cm2. The adhesive developed by Pichler Chemie is also weather and heat resistant up to + 110 ° C. FIBRE PLUS is also water-resistant, solvent-free and ideally suited for perfect gap filling. When hardened, the universally applicable PU construction adhesive can be painted over, pickled and sanded. When exposed to sunlight, it should be noted that possibly the original transparent-milky color of the adhesive may change. The functionality of FIBRE PLUS remains unchanged in this case.

High bond strength and adhesive power

Especially when using wood, the fibre-reinforced adhesive is excellently suited and guarantees a high adhesive strength as well as fast functional strength. FIBRE PLUS is exceptionally versatile and, with the appropriate pretreatment of the surfaces, even guarantees excellent adhesion to any kind of building material, such as ceramics, metals, duroplasts and thermoplastics. FIBRE PLUS is tested to DIN EN 204-D4 and Watt 91 and foams only slightly when used.
