SYSTEM PICHLER – THE HIGH-QUALITY SYSTEM FOR RAL MOUNTING

The internationally patented PICHLER® system, developed by Pichler Chemie, guarantees the professional installation of windows and doors. The composite material SYSTEM PICHLER® meets all building physics criteria according to the applicable standards Ö-Norm B 5320 and the international RAL guidelines and enables a professional sealing of the window connection. Until now, the requirements of professional mounting could be guaranteed only with great effort and through the use of window hinges. Window hinges, however, must be glued both inside and outside, and require an exact and constant gap. This poses a great challenge, even to professionals, especially for renovation work and leads to an enormous amount of work. With the development of SYSTEM PICHLER® a new, professional and at the same time cost- and time-saving solution for window and door installations was created, which also meets all the requirements of the applicable standards. The composite material developed by Pichler Chemie completely eliminates the need for window bands.

Optimal installation of windows and doors

The composite material from Pichler Chemie consists of two components, the A component soft cell foam and the B component FD 300®. For the first time, the sophisticated and high-quality system from Pichler Chemie makes it possible for all joints in the window installation, regardless of the surface condition, to create a simple, durable and functioning construction joint. Due to its high elasticity, the SYSTEM PICHLER® also offers lasting edge adhesion and provides sound insulation for values of up to 62dB. The SYSTEM PICHLER® mounting system guarantees a globally unique 30-year functional guarantee according to the 3-level principle.

When manufacturing the two components of SYSTEM PICHLER®, the soft cell foam and the FD 300®, special attention was paid to the reduction of pollutant emissions. As a result, the propellant gas used in the soft cell foam and the raw material are free of CFCs, HCFCs and HFCs. The foam is also free of any halogenated organic additives such as bromine, chlorine, iodine, etc. In addition, FD 300® contains no isocyanates, silicones or solvents. Furthermore, SYSTEM PICHLER® is free of plasticisers and hardens exclusively by absorbing water.
