ASSEMBLY FOAM
ASSEMBLY FOAM is a moisture-curing, one-component polyurethane foam whose predominantly closed-cell structure imparts good insulating and insulating properties. This ASSEMBLY FOAM is ideal for sealing and filling, insulating and lagging, gluing and mounting of house and side entrance doors, windows, installations, pipe openings and the like. It adheres excellently to almost all materials such as concrete, plaster, masonry, wood, aluminum and steel, except polyethylene, silicone and Teflon.
The hardened foam is semi-hard, elastic, rot-proof and moisture resistant. It can be processed well at temperatures of +5°C to +25°C. Furthermore, this assembly foam is ageing- and temperature resistant from -40°C to +100°C. However, it is not resistant to UV radiation. The thermal and sound insulation values are excellent.
Advantages:
- high foam yield
- simple processing
- sound insulation up to 59dB
- excellent heat insulation
- suitable for sound insulation installation
- FC-, CFC-, HCFC- and CFC-free propellant gas
Yield:
up to 45 litre free-foamed per 750ml can
Form of delivery:
